The Chastain Park Spring Arts and Crafts Festival will return to Atlanta in May. Anyone from the city, including Sandy Spring residents, is welcome to join.
The festival takes place over two days and features displays of arts and crafts to enjoy. The event will feature the works of local artists. Painters, photographers, artisans, sculptors, and jewelers will all showcase their creations. Other entertainment will also be available, with live music, hands-on art activities, and food and drinks that guests can enjoy. These events often use brochure printing to help guide guests to the different activities available.
Artists interested in displaying their work can also send an application to the organizers. Applications will go through a jury. If artists are chosen, they will be notified through email. There is also a waitlist for applicants who do not make the initial cut. All artists are required to use a tent as per the event’s policies, and are allowed one helper to help overlook and maintain their booths.
The festival will take place on May 5 and 6, and will start at 10:00 AM on the first day and 11:00 PM the next day. Both event days will end at 5:00 PM. Admission to the festival is free, and guests can find the event at Chastain Park on 4469 Stella Drive.
