Academy offers real estate licensing course

In the early months of 2024, the Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate is extended an invitation to individuals who wish to acquire their real estate license.

The academy facilitates this process by offering a comprehensive 75-hour salesperson's pre-license course, catering to those interested in becoming real estate agents in Georgia. Eligibility criteria include successfully passing a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, being at least 18 years old, and holding a high school diploma or a GED equivalent. Printing services can be used to create hard Copies of such credentials.

Led by seasoned educators, the academy provides live and in-person classes designed to fulfill the necessary in-class hours and prepare individuals thoroughly for the state exam, streamlining the path to obtaining a real estate license.

Class sessions are scheduled for evenings from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a formal business attire requirement in place that excludes the likes of jeans, shorts, and flip-flops. Early registration is advised due to limited space, with the deadline for early registration set for Wednesday, January 31 at 12:00 noon.

Classes are slated to run from February 12 to March 14, including Saturdays, supplemented by an extra cram course on March 16 and 17 at Metro Brokers Academy Sandy Springs. The final exam is scheduled for March 19. The cram course is available for a fee of $70, while the main course (including the book) is $499.
