New restaurant opens in Roswell
A new 'casual dining' restaurant had made its Roswell bow, promising diners comforting and familiar foods, but with a 'modern twist'.
The OTP Tap & Grill, created by Atlanta-based restaurateur Sal Mangino, opened in town on August 14, with providers of poster and banner printing no doubt involved.
The restaurant, located on the intersection of Old Alabama Road and Holcomb Bridge Road, has a menu packed with favorites. From steaks and burgers to fish, diners can also enjoy washing it all down with one of the featured a dozen craft beers.
Mangino explained the experience he is offering, saying:
“We offer a menu that you can understand, with no exotic phrases or complicated descriptions, while maintaining attention to fine ingredients and taste”
The concept is a step into the unknown for Mangino, who has taken on experienced head chef Aaron Avers, who himself has previously been synonymous with local Italian restaurants Arturo's and Mona Lisa.
With Avers comes an altogether modern French approach, however, which is highlighted by the bold new concept diners will settle down to eat.
Sprawling over 3,600 sq. ft. and seating 98 covers, the dining room maintains the modern theme. With seating for 56 people in an outdoor patio area too, print companies will be eager to help ensure the OTP menu showcases the restaurant to its best for Mangino and the team.
