Roswell’s Visual Arts Center offers a variety of classes and other learning sessions for the general public, and one of these will be crafting faux flowers using seashells and other natural materials.
Starting in mid-March, the venue will be running a series of workshops that will teach how to prepare flowers to use for home decor, and each week will feature a different type. The registration fee starts at $116 each, and it is for those age 17 and up. Taxes will be waived from this amount.
The class series will be held on Tuesday mornings, and each is scheduled to run for two hours. Magnolias, roses, pussy willows, and dogwoods will all be crafted, and the attendees will receive tips for incorporating their finished flowers into projects such as wreaths, nightlights and table centerpieces. All of the supplies needed will be provided, and a discount of 33.33% is available to Roswell residents.
A crafting class can be time to learn some news skills and also make new friends. A flyer printing company may be tasked with preparing marketing materials that combine effectiveness with a budget-friendly price tag.
