The Mimms Museum of Technology and Art explores the history of technology offers a variety of educational programming, and registrants in its upcoming fundraiser will be helping to ensure it can continue this.
The team at the Roswell museum will be rolling out the welcome mat for the attendees in its 3rd annual Pixel Putt activity. It will be a friendly competition, and anyone interested can opt to register alone, as a team or serve as a sponsor.
The Museum has teamed up with Area 51-The Fringe Miniature Golf to host the fundraiser, and there will be special perks offered to the golfers to thank them for their support. Brunch will be served, and a mimosa bar will also be on hand. Admission to the Museum will also be covered, and the monies raised will support programming and measures that ensure as many kids as possible can benefit from the museum. Individual tickets to play through start at $45.
To help make the function a true community effort, the organizers have put out a call to local businesses that would like to get involved. With sponsorship tiers starting at Hole Sponsor, each includes the chance to contribute branded Promotional Products for the swag bag or door prize draws.
Pixel Putt will once again see mini golf make a big impact for Mimms Museum of Technology and Art on Saturday, September 26. The putters will start swinging at 8:30 am at 5000 Commerce Parkway in Roswell.
