Roswell museum schedules fundraising soiree

Roswell’s "techie” crowd, along with others who appreciate the history of computing technology, are on the guest list for a fundraiser planned in support of a Roswell museum.

The Computer Museum of America has set the date for its BYTE25 fundraiser, which will be held on site. This will be its fourth year, and the organizers have pulled out all the stops to create an event they hope the guests will remember fondly.

The attendees will be invited to sip and savor, as cocktails and light bites will be served. Acoustic Soul will provide the live music, and everyone can enjoy exclusive, after-hours access to the museum’s exhibits, including a collection of rare signed prints of the works of Salvador Dali. The guest emcee for the night will be Tom Clark, and all of the proceeds will be used for the maintenance of the venue and its programming. The suggested dress code is cocktail or business attire, and tickets are $100.00 each.

Ensuring that a fundraiser or other activity is a success may include choosing suitable marketing materials. A professional printer will be pleased to help, and can supply everything from decor to an eye-catching Logo Design.

The Computer Museum of America will be celebrating the past, present and future of technology on March 6th. It is situated at 5000 C commerce Parkway in Roswell.
