A new facility will be acquired by Omega Bio-tek, Inc. in Norcross as it responds to an increase in demand.
In particular, Omega is receiving more requests for its automation support services and DNA/RNA purification kits. This new building will ensure that the company has a total of 65,000 square feet for its offices and manufacturing facilities.
It currently has a building that spans just over 41,000 square feet in Norcross at Pinnacle Park. This facility will be allocated primarily for manufacturing, while the new building will host operations and the administrative staff, and support the growth of the company. Stationery printers are often called upon when such expansion occurs, as there is always a need for new Letterheads, Business Cards, and other corporate-related items.
Vice President of Omega Bio-tek, Travis Butts, said that this is a milestone for the company, as it reflects the strong growth strategies of the company. He added that it will be able to sustain the growth of the company both internationally and domestically. He said that these facilities will be state of the art and help the company respond to the increasing demand for its innovative products, as well as the changing needs of the biotechnology market.
Omega Bio-tek, Inc. plans to move into this building by the end of this month.
