Pooja Gupta is planning to open Joy and Zest in Norcross on Beaver Ruin Road. Joy and Zest will be a curated gift shop and offer a light menu of beverages and snacks.
Joy and Zest will be a place where people can come to relax and find something thoughtful, whether that be a treat for themselves or a gift for someone special. Featured in the store will be a selection of accessories, home goods, and curated gifts that will include candles and décor for the home.
Gupta said that the idea for the store came from the desire to create a place that feels warm and joyful. Gupta added that he has always enjoyed sharing food and gifting and so he wanted to bring both these concepts in one place. The menu will focus on comforting and simple options such as coffee, tea, and snacks that complement casual conversation or browsing so that people will slow down and be able to take in the experience of the shop.
Regarding the items in the shop, Gupta said that she likes finding those lovely items that make people smile. She added that all items will be carefully selected so there will always be something meaningful in the store.
The opening date and hours of the store are still to be announced. When such details are known, poster printing can be used to inform the community of such details.
