Holistic event in Norcross promotes health and wellness

Norcross residents looking to invest in their mental and physical wellness before the holidays should sign up for an upcoming holistic event.

The MAP:84 Mind and Body Workshop, which is being organized by the Mothers’ Advocacy Project, is opening enrollment for the in-person portion of the experience to Norcross residents. The workshop will be led by Dr. Denisa Millette, who will teach participants the most effective tips and techniques to take care of themselves and enjoy a more fulfilling life, all while advocating for families in the community.

The class will last one hour, and participants will learn from Dr. Millette the most effective ways to tap into healing powers and an inner sense of calm through several gentle practices, including Qigong Breathwork and Yin Yoga. Brochure printing can provide additional information about the benefits of such workshops to interested parties and attendees, improving the guest experience.

The workshop will help each participant through a deep release of emotions before transitioning to an inner stillness and peace. Interested parties will need to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water from home. Limited in-person tickets are available, and guests should make reservations.

The event will be held at 1854 Shackleford Court, Suite 375, in Norcross. It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 8th. Tickets are free online, and donations are appreciated.
