The Maximum One Realty company will be hosting an educational realty business course for students in McDonough.
Students of realty will be given the opportunity to attend the course for CE credit by the Georgia Real Estate Academy on the condition that the student arrives on time and completes the course from beginning to end. One CE credit per student is permitted every 12 months.
This educational event will be led by instructor Teressa McIntosh, the executive director of HOPE Credit Services. The course will center on the topic of how people can create and run a successful real estate business.
Topics to be covered during this three-hour McDonough course include how to approach your real estate practice as a business, the differences between personal and business credit, the importance of having a good bank rating, how business credit can help your real estate company during nascent stages, and many other preliminaries to entering the real estate business as a new realtor. Printing services are often used by event organizers to create handouts, Brochures, and other useful course materials for participants.
After the conclusion of the course, students will be encouraged to ask any related questions before the event ends.
This course is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 9 from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm.
