A McDonough event taking place in a couple of weeks is giving attendees a place to explore their artistic side, and make a creative start to the new year.
Glitz ‘n Glam is an activity from the “Diva Event” series by the local franchise of Painting with a Twist. The event is a group art lesson open to people aged 13 or older. The instructor, Charles, will lead the group through the steps and techniques needed to complete the image.
The picture for this event features a woman with wavy hair in a warm-colored dress that has sparkly fringe along the edges. The dark tone of the background allows the character to stand out.
Attendees do not need to have prior experience, making this an activity anyone can try. The event can be attended as an individual, or in a group of family members or friends, and attendees aged 21 or over may bring alcohol.
Tickets are available on the website for the McDonough Painting with a Twist studio. The price per person for admission is $39, which covers the instructor’s time and the necessary materials.
The class will be taking place on Saturday, January 3. Flyer printing is a popular selection for a promotional technique of artistic activities. The McDonough event is scheduled for a timeframe of between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
