McDonough to offer seminar on contracts

Those interested in learning about real estate-related topics can attend a meeting in July at Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners in McDonough.

Bulletproofing Your Contracts is a program offered by Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners where agents can learn how to create appealing contracts for homebuyers by using a fun and interactive approach. The lesson will use hypothetical scenarios to teach attendees about negotiations and how to reach a binding agreement between the buyer and seller. Modern Woodmen of America will provide breakfast during the contract presentation.

The course will be taught by Ming Richardson, who is a compliance broker and managing partner who works with Maximum One Realty. She covers several areas for the organization, including Garden City, Locust Grove, and Blue Ridge. Real estate professionals such as Richardson can use Business Cards to provide their telephone numbers, emails, and websites to interested customers.

The class on improving agent contracts will take place on Wednesday, July 27th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. There is no cost for people to sign up for the program, and those enrolled at the Georgia Real Estate Academy may take the course for CE credits.

The organizers will also be offering a free class on negotiation skills on July 7th in Newnan, Georgia from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for those who wish to elevate their negotiating abilities.
