Cathy McDaniel will be holding a course on marketing strategies in April at Longleaf by D.R. Horton in McDonough.
Ways to Improve & Strengthen Your Marketing Efforts is a workshop where those in the real estate industry can learn effective tactics for engaging with consumers. Several topics will be covered in the advertising lesson, including how to improve brand value, the benefits of content marketing, and innovative approaches to raising brand awareness. Those who take the course will also learn how they can design a customer-centric content strategy.
The instructor and organizer for the class will be Cathy McDaniel, a professional teacher who has trained over 180,000 real estate professionals and written more than 300 training manuals. She has also won several awards, such as the 2008 GREEA Educator of the Year award. Other classes taught by McDaniel have covered subjects like real estate contracts, how to work with community banks, and the best practices for managing contracts.
The class on improving marketing skills will take place on Thursday, April 20 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Real estate professionals who wish to take McDaniel’s workshop may register for free. Those who attend her lesson will receive three continuing education (CE) hours.
