Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners will be offering a course at its McDonough location that teaches agents helpful business skills.
Business Planning for the Real Estate Professional is a three-hour course where real estate agents can learn how to elevate their approach to running a business. The lesson will cover several crucial topics, like creating marketing strategies, setting sales goals, and budgeting. Students in the class will receive breakfast, and those who arrive on time and complete the course will qualify for a continuing education (CE) credit.
The instructor for the business planning lesson will be Meredith Jones. She is the CEO of Ally Property Inspections and has experience with teaching continuing education classes. Her company provides professional home inspection services to consumers, which can help them feel less anxiety during the home-buying process. Instructors like Jones who offer courses similar to this may utilize brochure printing to give attending students take-home resources.
The course will be held on Thursday, January 12 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. There is no cost for real estate agents to take part in Jones’ presentation. Any agent can participate in the business planning class, regardless of their brokerage or affiliation. Students interested in the lesson must reserve their spots by Wednesday, January 11. Participants will only qualify for the CE credit if they have not earned one in the past 12 months.
