The McDonough branch of Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners will host a seminar in February that teaches realtors about geographical farming.
Remine: Growing Your Business Through Farming is a course that real estate agents can use to improve their marketing skills. The workshop shares tips on how realtors may use geographical farming to grow their businesses and attract more sellers and buyers. The course will also teach people how to use Remine to isolate geographic farm areas and look up property record data. Attendees can even use the workshop to learn about different marketing outreach strategies.
Kevin Theobald is the instructor for the lesson. He currently works at the First Multiple Listing Service as a senior member services representative. Theobald has over 20 years of experience as a services representative. He went to Georgia College & State University for a degree in secondary education and teaching and was part of Pi Kappa Phi. Theobald gives presentations on several topics, including business development, taxation, and communication.
The geographical farming lesson will be on Tuesday, February 20th from 9:30am to 12:30pm. General admission to Theobald’s workshop is free. People who stay through the entire course will receive a continuing education credit. Real estate businesses that organize workshops like this can order promotional Pens for their attendees to give them writing utensils for taking notes.Get a Free Quote for Pens
