A beginner’s photography workshop is set to be hosted in McDonough this summer.
The workshop will begin with a lesson detailing camera features and uses including composition, settings, and how to shoot in manual mode.
Further topics the workshop will center on include how participants can discover their unique styles, conceptual photography and creativity; how to find a niche and launch a photography business, sales managements; how to work with clients, communicate effectively and build trust; shooting specific poses, makeup, and hairstyles; how to get ideas and find inspiration; choosing the highest quality images from a shoot; and helpful editing techniques.
McDonough attendees will receive the chance to do hands-on shooting, editing, and participate in discussions, or ask any questions that they have. In addition to the workshop, participants will be given a six-month plan to continue working toward advanced photography goals and starting their own businesses. Print shops enable workshop organizers to produce educational resources including Flyers, Brochures, or other class materials to hand out to those who are attending.
Those interested in attending the event can register online for $150 per person. The registration fee will include snacks for all participants during the workshop.
This workshop is scheduled to take place at the M3 Creative Studio on Saturday, August 15 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
