McDonough spaghetti dinner to benefit animal organization

Street Paws will hold a fundraiser dinner in McDonough this March to fund its operations.

The 9th Annual Spayghetti Dinner Fundraiser is an event that helps Street Paws pay for its veterinary care costs, food, and supplies. There will be onsite vendors for attendees to browse, activities for children, and a bake sale. People who want a vendor booth can pay $25. Guests can also enjoy music entertainment. Companies may support the fundraising dinner by purchasing a sponsorship, with packages ranging from $50 to $10,000.

Street Paws is an organization established in 2013 to ethically reduce animal populations through spaying and neutering. The group also assists neglected pets with shelter programs and veterinary care services. Street Paws uses a Trap-Neuter-Return program to prevent semi-feral and feral cats from spreading diseases. More than 400 cats have been sterilized. People assist the nonprofit by donating items such as vans, trailers, pet food, and paper towels.

The spaghetti dinner will be on Saturday, March 16 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Tickets to the fundraiser are $15 per person, though discounts will be given to those who purchase their admission in advance. Kids aged five and younger may enter free of charge. Animal organizations in charge of dinners like this may use printing services to put ads together for their fundraising meals.
