McDonough prepares for three-hour workshop on the home

A home inspection course is set to be hosted by Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners in McDonough.

The Georgia Real Estate Academy and Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners frequently partner together to provide realty students with detailed free classes to further their education on a wide variety of real estate topics.

The upcoming home inspection course will be taught by instructor Riki Mitchell of Avalon Home Inspections.

In three hours, this thorough McDonough seminar will cover many aspects of home inspection, including what types of home inspections there are; how buyers, sellers, and realty agents should approach inspections; which areas of the house will be covered; what problems or issues are commonly uncovered by a home inspection; and how to proceed with reported finds. Brochure printing is often used by organizers of such events to provide participants with detailed course information.

The Georgia Real Estate Academy offers this free event to students on CE credit. Each student is eligible for one CE credit every 12 months. Students must stay throughout the entire duration of the course in order to qualify for their CE credits.

Any realty agent from all affiliations or companies will be welcome to attend the home inspection class, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 20 and runs from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm.
