Events By Elocin LLC will be holding a celebration in June at the Willowick Morgan Farm in McDonough.
The Color Peach Gala is an activity that brings together professionals throughout the area to honor their accomplishments. The theme of the event is 1920s Juke Joint. Guests will be served dinner, listen to live entertainment, and drink alcoholic beverages like moonshine and cocktails. People are only allowed a maximum of three drinks. Attendees must dress in 1920s Harlem Glamour attire, and those who do not abide by the dress code must forfeit their ticket. The event will also be filmed.
A portion of the ticket funds earned by the gala will help the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy (GCFCA), a non-profit organization that offers services to children who have suffered abuse. The group works with Darkness to Light to educate adults throughout Georgia about how to recognize and prevent child abuse. The center also provides free psychotherapy to kids and gives expert testimonies during court cases.
The Color Peach Gala will take place on Saturday, June 18 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. General admission will cost $100 per person, though people who register by April 17 will only need to pay $85. Those who coordinate galas similar to this may use banner printing to create sponsor-honoring decorations for their event space.
