McDonough family fest to benefit the homeless

The Jason T. Harper Event Center in McDonough will be hosting a festival for families in May to support a local organization.

LIFT UP Atlanta’s 2023 Community Festival is an event that has numerous activities for families to experience. The fest will include a petting zoo, live entertainment, and a fun zone dedicated to children. Several vendors will partake in the fest, and attendees can purchase food at the event center. Music will be provided by DJ Skyrocker. Community activities like this may be promoted to locals by using printing services to produce ads like Flyers, Postcards, and Posters.

Money earned at the family-friendly festival will be given to LIFT UP Atlanta, which is an organization that supports those in need by offering helpful services. The group provides winter clothing for people, gives school supplies to children, and holiday food baskets for hundreds of families. The organization also gives pajamas to kids and helps children get adopted. People can support LIFT UP Atlanta by donating or starting a fundraiser for the group.

The community festival will be held on Saturday, May 13 from noon to 5:00 pm. All-access tickets to the children’s fun zone and petting zoo will cost $12. Companies interested in sponsoring LIFT UP Atlanta can pay between $1,000 and $10,000 for benefits such as being promoted on social media and having their logos displayed on the group’s website.
