The McDonough branch of the Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners will be holding a course in July.
License Law for Agents and Brokers is a program taught by Ming Richardson where people can earn three hours' worth of continuing education credits. The course will cover information like unfair trade practices, broker relationships, and the management responsibilities of real estate firms. Students will also learn about how to handle real estate transactions and advertising techniques. Real estate agents may use this program to satisfy the requirements to renew their licenses.
The event is part of the Continuing Education Training series offered by Maximum One Realtor/Realty Partners. The organization holds many courses on subjects like real estate investing, online marketing, and how to build a comparative market analysis. The programs take place at locations throughout Georgia, including Conyers, Newnan, and Atlanta. Students are required to arrive at the courses on time and be present throughout the whole lesson. The group also offers virtual classes.
The license law program will be held on Tuesday, July 25 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. There is no price to attend the course, and all students will receive free food. All agents may join the class, regardless of their current affiliations. Organizations that have a training series like this may use poster printing to promote their classes.
