The Fields Peachtree Retreat, a community of 240 homes in the section of Peachtree Corners of Norcross, has recently been acquired by the Admiral Capital Group and Elite Street Capital.

The joint venture plans to transform the property, which contains garden-style units of two or three stories, into Peachtree Corners’ leading destination. The renovations will include building on existing amenities and developing a number of new ones, upgrading the interiors of the units, and improving all the exteriors of the 13 buildings in the complex.

Co-founder of Admiral, Dan Bassichis, commented that the company is excited about expanding its footprint in the metropolitan area of Atlanta. It is looking forward to enhancing the property for the residents and collaborating with Elite on the project, he added.

Chief investment officer for Elite Street, David Whitby, commented that this is an opportunity to improve a property that already has an excellent location, as Norcross has a limited number of multi-family developments yet projects to have a strong job growth.

The Fields Peachtree Retreat covers 32 acres and provides a campus-like, low-density setting with direct access to the neighborhood lake and many open green spaces.
