The prestigious Diamond Circle Award by Marriott International has been awarded to the Courtyard Atlanta Duluth Downtown.
The award recognizes the hotel as one of the properties which is top performing in the portfolio of the Mariott Select Brands. Such recognitions are often made known throughout a city with flyer printing and other printing services.
The Diamond Circle Award is the highest distinction by Marriott hotels which offer a limited range of services and amenities and is given to those hotels that consistently exceed in the areas of brand excellence, revenue performance, and the satisfaction of its guests. In 2022 and 2023, the hotel achieved the Platinum Circle Award such that this year’s win of the Diamond Award reflects the continued excellence and growth of the hotel and an even more important achievement.
The hotel is in downtown Duluth and has 100 rooms. It opened in April 2021 as part of the broader revitalization efforts of the city. Since it opened, it has been praised for its exceptional service, modern design, and close connections with the local community.
The Courtyard Atlanta Duluth Downtown’s General Manager, Joshlyn Villa, said that this recognition is extremely meaningful to all those who work at the hotel. Villa added that winning this award is a team effort and she expressed her pride in the consistency, care, and that everyone brings to the hotel every day.
