New townhouse community opens in Norcross

Berkeley Township, a new townhouse community offered by McKinley Homes, is opening in Norcross.

Sales manager for McKinley Homes, Kyoung Kim, said this new community offers affordable homes with a variety of home plans that are flexible so families can find the plan that best meets their needs. Berkeley Township is located close to restaurants, shopping, parks, and major highways as well as Charles Brant Chesney Elementary, Duluth Middle, and Duluth High Schools.

The home plans consist of two floors and offer between 1,876 to 2,176 square feet of living space. One of the main features of each plans is an upstairs owner’s suite with dual vanities, spacious bathrooms with separate tubs and showers, and dual vanities. Each plan has either two or three additional bedrooms; a loft space is available for some home plans. The laundry room is also on this floor.

The first floor has an open plan for the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A two-car garage with a covered entry is another feature of the homes.

Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about the features of such homes and available floor plans.

A pool and cabana are some of the amenities in the community. The Peachtree Square Shopping Center, Pickneyville Park and Soccer Complex, The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, and Shorty Howell Park are within easy access of the community.
