New gateway project underway in Norcross

A mixed-use live-work development is currently under construction in Norcross at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial and Jimmy Carter Boulevards.

The development will be four stories tall and will have 160 residential units. It is on a site that is behind Zaxby’s restaurant and a Racetrac gas station. The project is being developed by PointOne Holdings and FIDES Development and is a Class A multifamily community of apartments with the highest-quality amenities. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about the specific features and amenities of such apartments.

Craig Newton, mayor of Norcross, expressed his delight that FIDES selected Norcross for this development. He added that the city is looking forward to this new community, which is located at one of the four main gateways to the city, and will be the latest in a series of developments that will help to bring economic prosperity to the city. Due to its location at an interchange that experiences high traffic, it is expected that it will be visible to about 150,000 cars per day.

Leo Peicher, managing partner of PointOne Holdings, expressed his excitement about this project, which will add to its portfolio of multifamily developments and bring the total number of units to 4,071 under construction across 14 properties.

The first set of apartments are expected to be available by the third quarter of next year.
