Next month’s Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta will have a new title partner for the first time in over 50 years.
The world’s largest 10K run is this year being renamed as the Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race.
As race host, the Atlanta Track Club has worked with the hospital for more than 10 years on this and other runs and has now welcomed them as lead partner.
Held annually on the Fourth of July, the Peachtree race is known to attract as many as 60,000 runners and walkers, after a humble start with just 110 finishers at the inaugural run in 1970.
This year’s run will be even more of a special celebration as the race will be held on the 250th anniversary of American independence and also because Atlanta is one of the host cities for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
The race will begin at Lenox Square, with the course winding through the center of Atlanta before finishing in Piedmont Park. Finishers will receive a 2026 run T-shirt which will feature Northside Hospital.
Organizations that get involved as sponsors in major races such as this often use banner printing as part of event advertising and promotion.
The 57th Peachtree Road Race will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2026, beginning at 6:50 am and continuing in waves every five minutes. Further information is available on the Atlanta track club website.
