The state of Georgia is seeking nominations to recognize individuals who stand apart in the Print and graphic design industry.
Nominations are now open for the prestigious 2024 Benjamin Franklin award and the newly introduced Emerging Leader award, and the winners of each of these honors will be announced at a gala event in August in Atlanta.
The Printing and Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) hosts the award conference and celebrations each summer as a showcase of excellence. For over 125 years, PIAG has represented Georgia's printing and imaging sector, from large commercial operations to small town Print shops.
The Benjamin Franklin award recognizes skilled members of the state's graphic arts industry who have worked in the field for at least a decade, enhancing and promoting the business, while also taking time to make a difference in their own communities. The winner will be known for their experience and overall impact.
The Emerging Leader award debuts this year and will honor the strengths and accomplishments of an individual who is relatively new to the industry, but who portrays commitment and progressive attitude with a view to the future.
Attendees to the imPRESS 2024 Celebration of Print will not only witness the awards presentation, but will also have the opportunity to meet a wide range of association members and view an exhibit of some of the year's best graphic design works in the Print Excellence Competition.
Nominations are open now at piag.org. The imPRESS 2024 award ceremony will take place on August 8 from 4:30 pm to 9 pm at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North in Atlanta.Get a Free Quote for Print
