The Home Depot Backyard in Atlanta will be presenting Hip Hop Yoga for locals. Instructor Jaimee Ratliff will lead the session, which is available for all levels.
The yoga class will be 60 minutes long and will include favorite R&B and hip-hop music. Participants will be expected to power through several positions as they feel the beat of the music selections and work on lengthening, toning, and strengthening muscles.
The event is intended to be fun, high-energy, and to build a community of togetherness in a safe manner and environment. Safety protocols in place include contactless registration, along with check-in and hand sanitizing stations. The area will be cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival, as well.
Promotional Products are frequently made available for sale at fitness events and establishments. Some of the products include water bottles, towels, and exercise mats. Each one can have the brand theme printed on it.
Participants should bring their own towels and yoga mats, along with water. Some items will be made available at the event to borrow, if needed.
The Home Depot Backyard Hip Hop Yoga session will take place on Wednesday, October 6, starting at 6:00 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. The venue is located at 1 Backyard Way. Admission is free, although registration should be done in advance via the Eventbrite listing.
