The Lamarina restaurant is now open in West Palm Beach.
Located along Flagler Drive in the north end of the city, it is one of the only waterfront restaurants in the city and is designed to transport guests to their favorite destinations along the coast. Lamarina seats 200 people and offers both indoor and covered outdoor dining.
Its menu is curated by chefs Kent Thurston and Alex Bustamante, and is inspired by Latin, Asian, and Mediterranean flavors. Dishes are made from locally sourced ingredients that celebrate vibrant tastes and coastal cuisine.
Featured items at the restaurant include whole grilled wild-caught prawns with lemon and harissa butter; Maine lobster spaghetti with pangrattato and spicy pomodoro, and branzino served butterflied with preserved lemon and green goddess raita. Non-seafood items include a prime New York strip weighing 10oz with salsa Verde and shallot butter, and chicken Milanese with parmesan aioli, arugula, and preserved lemon. Lamarina also offers a sushi menu and a raw bar.
Such new eateries can benefit from flyer printing to promote their menu, signature dishes, and unique coastal atmosphere.
The restaurant is currently open for dinner only from Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 to 11:00 pm. Thurston said the plan is to expand by offering brunch by the end of this month or the beginning of next month, and then to offer lunch as well.
