West Palm Beach to welcome new mixed-use development
The NORA District in West Palm Beach, located just north of 7th Avenue along North Railroad Avenue, is being developed as a destination for dining, retail, and wellness experiences.
The managing partner for NDT Development, Ned Grace, said that his company, which has been one of the forces driving this project, has been working on it for seven years. NDT Development is collaborating on this project with Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital. Each of the planned buildings at NORA will have its own unique architectural design, meaning a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere will be created to encourage visitors to explore the development.
The first phase of the project will have 100,000 square feet of retail space and over 55,000 square feet of creative office space. Among the first businesses in the development will be Celis Juice Bar, Pompano’s Boutique, Sunday Motor Co., and GK Hair Salon. Grace believes that a curated mix of offerings will create an action-packed and lively environment.
Additional retail and office space, as well as multifamily residences, are planned for future phases of The NORA District.
Such sites can rely on local print shops to help spread the word about their developments with flyers, posters, and other printed materials.
The first set of stores is scheduled to open at the end of this year. The NORA Hotel planned for the district will open at the end of 2026.
