This will be a development that will rise 21 stories and will become two properties. One of these will be a Marriott Tribute Portfolio boutique hotel and the other will be the Alida Residences. These residences will be the first new high-rise multifamily project in the downtown since The Laurel, which, despite some of the highest rents in Florida, leased quickly.
There will be studios and apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms in the residential tower in addition to a rooftop pool deck on the 21st floor. It will offer views of The Breakers, the ocean, the intracoastal area, and downtown West Palm Beach. Such projects can benefit from brochure printing to provide more details about features and amenities to help attract residents.
Keith James, mayor of West Palm Beach, said that this is the type of project which is needed by the city. He added:
“West Palm Beach's downtown has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade, and projects like these are a big part of why. Together, they bring new housing, a new hotel brand, and new retail to a corridor built around transit, which is exactly the kind of growth we want to see here.”
The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
