Great Gulf based in Canada has launched sales of its Mandarin Oriental Residences in West Palm Beach on North Flagler Drive.
This is a condominium that is 31 stories tall offering 87 units. The units have between two and four bedrooms and range in size from 2,151 to 6,339 square feet. Views of the Intercoastal Waterway can be seen from each unit. There are also two private villas on several levels and a penthouse, spanning an entire floor. Each has a wraparound terrace and access to a private elevator.
Safdie Architects and Spina O’Rourke + Partners collaborated to design the building while the interior was done by Studio Munge and landscape design by ENEA.
Among the resort-style amenities are swimming pools on the ground floor and on the rooftop, a fitness center, a pickleball court, and curated resident lounges. The site is close to many destinations in Palm Beach County, including Worth Avenue, The Royal Poinciana Plaza, City Place, the Norton Museum of Art, and the Rybovich Marina with access to yachting and the open waterways.
Such developments, residences and apartments can be highlighted with brochure printing to help attract residents.
The Poinsettia Apartment complex, built in 1966, is also on the site. That complex has two buildings offering 72 units.
The Mandarin Oriental Residences are expected to be completed in 2021.
