New mixed-use development planned for West Palm Beach

A new mixed-use venture is coming to West Palm Beach on N. Flagler Drive.

BH Group and Terra are planning to build two towers, 31 stories each, that will lead to 440,000 square feet of new construction. The towers will have 281 condominium units that will span from 1,065 to 4,510 square feet. The size of the average unit will be 1,762 square feet.

Among the amenities on the third and ninth floors will be a pool deck. There will be amenity space on the rooftop of one tower, while the other tower will have a penthouse on the top floor. There will also be 382 parking spaces and 4,385 square feet of retail space.

The project is on property covering 1.55 acres under contract from 2111 Flagler LLC, its current owner. The land itself is estimated to have a value of close to $100m.

Terra, based in Coconut Grove, has a pipeline of evolving projects. Miami Beach is the location of a waterfront tower reaching 330 feet tall that will have 106 luxury condos where the average size is 3,500 square feet each. GV Development and RG Development are partnering with Terra on this project.

Upcoming projects like this can be promoted throughout a city with effective flyer printing, providing a way to share important details, timelines, and benefits with residents and stakeholders.
