Eataly is now open in West Palm Beach. This will be the 19th location in North America for this Italian marketplace and food hall.
This location will be home to two of the iconic concepts of the brand—Il Pastaio and La Pizza & La Pasta. The latter serves Neapolitan pizza and regional pasta and will have a full bar. Il Pastaio is dedicated to making fresh pasta. Over 60 people will be able to sit in the outdoor patio and 20 people indoors at Il Pastaio while La Pizza & La Pasta will offer over 190 seats in both it outdoor and indoor spaces.
The marketplace at Eataly will have a wide range of products made in Italy and will include sauces, pasta, and wines from all 20 regions of the country. There will also be luxury items on occasion such as caviar, truffles, and panettone. A fresh counter will also offer premium cuts of meat, pasta made in house, and deli favorites such as formaggi and salumi sliced to order.
There will also be many items for take-out including stuffed farcita sandwiches, caffè and espresso drinks, and pastries, croissants, and baked goods. Flyer printing can be used to highlight such items for people on the go.
As part of its grand opening, Eataly is holding a fundraising campaign to raise $30,000 by December 31 to give back to the community.
