Next month, Orlando Health will present the Healthy Aging Series: Heart Health Lunch & Learn event in Tampa for those interested in learning more about living a heart-healthy lifestyle.
Orlando Health is an overarching healthcare network of specialists, hospitals, and MyChart access that serves Central Florida. The Healthy Aging Series is a health initiative that features community-focused educational programs, like the Lunch & Learn event in September, that promote bone health, cardiovascular health, and healthy, active longevity.
The Heart Health Lunch & Learn will be held live at WEDU PBS Studios by representatives from Florida Blue and Orlando Health. The seminar will include experts who will share evidence-based strategies to better cardiovascular health. Topics to be covered include preventive cardiology, understanding medical tools and diagnostic testing, and long-term goals. A nutritionist will also be on hand to share dietary tips and heart-healthy recipes. Lunch will be served prior to the presentation.
Educational seminars like this may make use of informative printed materials like Posters, which can streamline information for audiences. Organizers of such events may choose to partner with local Print shops with poster printing services to print these materials.
The Heart Health Lunch & Learn event is slated for Tuesday, September 15 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The WEDU PBS Berkman Family Broadcast Center is located at 1300 North Boulevard, Tampa.
