Tampa celebrates Caribbean this April

Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival 2025 and two J’ouverts are coming to Tampa in mid-April.

Dancing masqueraders will lead the carnival parade to Perry Harvey Sr Park where attendees will get to enjoy a Caribbean experience with music and food. A vending village will have merchandise and Caribbean-themed food from local vendors, and the venue will also have top DJs, Steel Pan and a kids' Zone.

The concert will include Mical Teja, Alison Hinds, Lyridal, J'Nelle, Krazy K, and the I-Land Rebels Band.

General Admission tickets will be $40 for adults, $15 for youth from 6 years old to 12 years old.

The Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival 2025 and concert will be Saturday April 12th from noon to 10:00 pm at 1000 E Harrison Street.

Also Tampa Bay Carnival J’ouvert 2025, originally a pre-dawn celebration marking the beginning of Carnival, will be at the Raymond James Stadium at 3740 North Himes Avenue, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. General admission tickets will be $40.

Carib City J’ouvert featuring local bands, music trucks, food and merchandise vendors, and top local Tampa and international DJs like DJ Slate, and MelloHype will take place at the Raymond James Stadium from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday April 13th.

$75 tickets will include admission, powder, beverages and amenities such as snacks and food.
