Tampa attends Hack Your Health conference

Anyone here in Tampa looking to boost their health may want to attend this year's Hack Your Health Conference taking place over three days in mid-November.

Attendees will be able to choose which workshops, seminars or presentations they wish to attend from among hundreds of offerings. Those who are looking for a more immersive experience can take part in such experiences as cold plunges, metabolic testing, and red-light therapy.

Those looking for a more cerebral experience, may instead wish to listen to talks given by luminaires in the health field, such as Dr. Annette Bosworth, a well-known brain health and ketogenic scientist. She is the author of the book, Anyway You Can: A Beginner’s Guide to Ketones for Life and currently runs a private clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Those giving workshops, seminars and presentations at events like this usually bring Business Cards.

Hilton, Tampa Downtown and Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa will both be offering discount rate for attendees, and free tickets for next year's conference.

Tickets for the event cost $199 for a one-day Expo Hall-Pass, $349 for a General 3-day pass, and $1,199 for a 3-day VIP pass.

This year's Hack Your Health Conference will be at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 South Franklin Street, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th, and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Sunday, November 16th.
