Golf enthusiasts will soon have the opportunity to watch the top PGA golfers compete in the Tampa Bay Championship.
The tournament will take place at the Copperhead Course located at the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club, an elite venue in Palm Harbor ranked by Golf Digest as the leading course in Florida.
The tournament will include 144 PGA tour golfers with proceeds and activities benefiting many local charities. On the first day of the four-day PGA event, the pros will challenge the Snake Pit on the Copperhead Course. The Golf Channel will be on hand to broadcast the events.
On day two, the pros will once again show their expertise with cuts being made at the end of the day’s events which will determine who moves on to the next two days. On the third day, the cuts will have been made and now the best of the best in the world of golf commences. The gates will open at 7:00 a.m. with a Valspar Live Concert at the end of the day presenting performances by country musicians Jake Owen and Dustin Lynch. They will perform on the Osprey Driving range.
