A legendary singer and music producer will be swinging by Tampa in late November as a part of his ongoing tour.
Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds is a producer, singer, philanthropist, record label co-founder, and songwriter. Throughout his career, Babyface has not only maintained his own popularity, but also lifted countless other artists to new heights. Some honors received include 12 Grammy Awards, a place in the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, a star within the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and 5 each of NAACP Image Awards and Soul Train Awards. His label, LaFace, helped start the careers of stars like TLC, P!nk, and Usher. Babyface has dedicated much of his free time to supporting charities focused on childhood diabetes, memory issues, cancer, music, and college education funds.
A few of Babyface’s tunes are “Wonderful Tonight,” “Seven Seas,” “Stressed Out,” and “Exceptional.”
His ongoing tour will use Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Event Center as the venue for the concert. Tickets are currently available for purchase on ticketing websites such as Ticketmaster. Attendees are required to not be under 21 years old.
