Tampa's International Plaza and Bay Street shopping center is planning a major renovation.
The center plans to redevelopment its restaurant section, known as Bay Street, and add square footage as well.
The mall is located near Tampa International Airport, in the Westshore district, and features more than 200 stores and shops, some of which are in the mall, while others are located in Bay Street, the mall's ‘restaurant row’. Among the tenants on Bay Street are The Capital Grille, the Cheesecake Factory, and Bar Louie.
A new tenant, whose identity has not been disclosed, will be moving in and plans to open in 2015. The newcomer will take over the space previously leased by Champps Americana Restaurant, which closed in February 2014.
Champps Americana and another space will be demolished to make way for a new building, freeing up space totaling 9,888 square feet in area. The planned building comprises 46,986 feet, giving the center a net increase of 37,092 square feet.
When the new tenant moves in, it will no doubt need to contact a Stationery printing company to create a letterhead for the new location. It will also probably want to work with a business card printing company to make certain its employees have appropriate cards for their use, as well as a banner printing company for an opening-day banner.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
