A performer known around the world will be coming to Tampa in mid-February.
Andrea Bocelli is a singer, opera creator, and musician. Born with a reduced ability to see, Bocelli went completely blind after an accident when he was just 12. However, this did not stop him from pursuing his passion for music. Releasing his first album in 1994, Bocelli has crossed into multiple genres and been the man behind nine full opera shows since. He also continues to participate in many charity performances, benefitting a variety of important causes.
Recently, Bocelli released both a holiday record with his son Matteo and granddaughter Virginia, and made an appearance in a special with them for The Simpsons. Some of the music in his catalog includes “Solamente Una Vez,” “Romanza,” “Because We Believe,” “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” and “The Prayer” with Celine Dion.
The 2023 Valentine’s Tour will be making a stop at the Amalie Arena. A VIP ticket, costing $729, comes with access to priority parking, a cash bar, merchandise with a Bocelli Logo Design, an Italian meal, and wine from Bocelli’s brand. Tickets for the concert available at the time of writing range from $125 to $2,500 in cost. These can be purchased through the site Ticketmaster, although prices may change closer to the event.
