ComicCon on Tampas radar

The 2021 Tampa Comic Convention is coming to the region this summer. The event is hosted by Imaginarium.

The convention is the largest of its type in Tampa and features comic Books, toys, games, anime, cosplay, sketches, magazines, manga, and Apparel. Star Wars and Star Trek collectibles are also part of the show. A range of exhibitors will be at the event to discuss their products and collections. Professionals and celebrities from the comic industry will also be onsite to meet and greet.

The event organizers are accepting applications for exhibitors, performers, and panelists. Show and convention participants often work with local printing services to order Business Cards, which are handy for distribution and future contact.

Exhibitors may submit an application to participate at the event online. A corner booth fee is $595 and a 6’ artist alley table is $260 plus fees. If the application is accepted, an invitation will be sent with instructions for payment to reserve the booth. The booth is not confirmed until payment is made.

Imaginarium has been producing comic conventions in various U.S. cities since 2010. Starting as a small one-day event, the shows have grown into large conventions attracting up to 50,000 attendees.

The family-friendly event will take place at Tampa Convention Center from July 30 to August 1. The convention center is located at 333 S. Franklin Street.
