After being largely shelved for two years because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s 4th of July celebration looks set to be one to remember.
Independence Day will be on a Monday this year, which means a three-day weekend of fun and relaxation for the entire family. Those interested in celebrating their patriotic side and returning to normalcy after the pandemic should head on to Orlando, Florida.
Many resorts, hotels, and theme parks have special events on Sunday, July 3, and Monday, July 4, 2022. Baldwin Park’s Independence Day Bash is held on July 3 from 6:00 pm to 9:15 pm. The annual event takes place at their Village Centre and culminates at Lake Baldwin with a fireworks show.
A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky is held at Walt Disney World Resort at the Magic Kingdom Park. Celebrations start at 9:00 pm. The Epcot Theme Park also has its own celebration titled, “Illuminations: Reflections of Earth” which starts at 10:00 pm. Those interested in seeing fireworks can stay for a presentation at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
