New apartment building to come to Orlando

A senior construction loan of $92.5m has been provided by PCCP to Terian Development for the development of Emi on 50 in Orlando.

This will be an apartment building with nine stories, 336 units, and structured parking on E Colonial Drive. Situated within the trendy Mills 50 neighborhood, it is under two miles from downtown Orlando.

Mills 50 is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Orlando, with its variety of trendy bars and restaurants. With tree-lined streets throughout the neighborhood, there is convenient access to the AdventHealth Orlando Health Village Campus and employment in downtown Orlando.

The building will have studios and units with one, two, and three bedrooms. There will be 35 two-story live/work or townhouse units that will have a first and second floor. The units will have high-end finishes such as LED backlit vanities, quartz countertops, oversized balconies, walk-in showers, and raw concrete interior finishes. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, pool, and grilling stations on the rooftop, a café, speakeasy, and a Zen garden. Such projects can benefit from brochure printing to provide more details about their features and amenities.

PCCP is a real estate investment management and finance firm focused on commercial real estate equity and debt investments.

Construction of the building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
