Pinstripes, a restaurant brand based in Chicago, is now open near Orlando for its first location in Central Florida.
Set on Daryl Carter Parkway in the tourism district, the eatery spans over 30,000 square feet and is two stories high. This space includes the restaurant itself as well as two outdoor patios, four private event spaces, and a bowling alley with 16 lanes. There are also four outdoor and indoor courts outdoors that are designed for playing bocce.
Such new restaurants can take advantage of flyer printing to promote their menu as well as special features and entertainment amenities.
Pinstripes plan to take advantage of the city being a top destination for conventions in the United States. Within its first year of operation, the venue is planning to attract over 1,000 events to be held in its facilities.
The menu at Pinstripes features Italian-American dishes such as baked lasagna, gelato, wood-fired pizza, and tiramisu. It serves lunch and dinner and brunch on the weekends. Beer from local breweries such as Crooked Can Brewing and Ivanhoe Brewing are beverage highlights.
Dale Schwartz, founder and CEO of Pinstripes, said that this is the second location for the restaurant in Florida as it has another location in Miami. He added that he plans to open a restaurant in Coral Gables in the summer to be followed in the fall by one in Jacksonville.
