The Wheel at ICON Park has been purchased by Merlin Entertainment and has been renamed The Orlando Eye.
This is a reversion to its original name when it was first opened in 2015 and then renamed the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye.
Merlin Entertainment also operates The London Eye in Great Britain. The Orlando Eye becomes the fifth attraction the company owns and operates in the state of Florida, joining Madame Tussauds Orlando, Sea Life Orlando Aquarium, Peppa Pig Theme Park, and Legoland.
The Orlando Eye is 400 feet high and is the tallest observation attraction on the East Coast. From the top, riders enjoy 360-degree views of Orlando and can see the downtown district, the Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney World.
The features and opportunities for enjoyment at such attractions can be highlighted with brochure printing.
President and CEO of ICON Park, Chris Jaskiewicz, said that his company has built and developed the attraction into a famous landmark in Orlando. He added that The Orlando Eye is now one of the most outstanding tenants in ICON Park. He expressed his pride that his company was able to recognize the appeal of this attraction around the world, and that his company has been as the site on which Merlin is expanding its popular brands in Central Florida.
