This year’s Flavors of Florida Menus at Disney Springs in Orlando will include fresh farm-to-table and citrus ingredients, being offered for a limited time.
Among the menu items will be pan-roasted golden tilefish served with coconut ginger rice and citrus escabeche at The Boathouse. City Works Eatery and Pour House will be offering pan-seared grouper served with citrus chipotle rice, while the Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar will have an orange cream float made of vanilla ice-cream, Coca-Cola, and an orange cream bar served in a novelty cup.
Gideon’s Bakehouse will be featuring a key lime chocolate chip cookie and an orange mocha nitro cold brew. A signature dish at the house of Blues Restaurant and Bar will be local Florida mahi tacos, while the featured beverage will be a Florida Sunshine Mango Lager from the Crooked Can based in Winter Garden. Such eateries can inform residents and visitors of their special dishes with flyer printing.
This year’s special flavor offerings will run through Sunday August 13. In addition, through Friday August 4, there will be several culinary demonstrations at Disney Springs, with chefs from places like Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ and The Polite Pig, as well as those from Disney itself. Wine Bar George will have Master Sommelier George this Friday, July 7, and Steve Lewis from Gideon’s Bakehouse will be presenting on Friday, July 28.
