Construction has begun on a mixed-use development that will feature luxury housing.
The housing will be called Charleston Ridge and will be on Elyton Loop in New Port Richey. It will have 230 units with one to three bedrooms. There will also be six units that are of the townhome style. There will be walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, and showers enclosed with glass on the inside, as well as smart keyless entry and quartz countertops.
Among the amenities for the community will be a clubroom, 12 charging stations for electric vehicles, a resort-style swimming pool spanning 2,700 square feet, and a fitness center. There will also be 10,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
Such new developments can benefit from brochure printing to highlight their amenities and features.
The building will be three stories tall and situated on a parcel that covers 18 acres. The developer of the building is Dobbins Group, based in Alabama, while the general contractor is Capstone Building Corp.
There are many real estate projects unfolding in Pasco County. One of these is Hillcrest East Multifamily developed by Florida YIMBY. This project is on 30 acres with four townhomes and six apartment buildings. Another is Verve Wesley Chapel which will have six buildings reaching four stories tall, each offering 360 units.
The development is expected to be completed by next year.
