Annual festival and bazaar to come to New Port Richey

New Port Richey will be holding two upcoming annual events.

The Annual Collards Festival and Winter Garden Expo will be held for the 13th year at Grand Gardens. This will be a family-friendly celebration of all things grown in a garden. Attendees will enjoy bedding plants, vegetable seedlings grown locally for cool weather, recipes, and tips for the garden, all while celebrating the growing season during winter in Florida.

This event is hosted by New Port Richey FarmNet, which is dedicated to developing a resilient and healthy community in the city and surrounding areas based on agrarian practices and principles, and a commitment to food sovereignty. The event will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 17.

Such events can be promoted throughout a city with flyer printing.

Later in the month, the Fourth Friday Bazaar is an outdoor market held in the evening in Railroad Square. Featured at the bazaar are bakers, makers, artisanal artists, and local businesses selling handmade jewelry, goods, woodwork, art, and a variety of other gifts.

It takes place on the fourth Friday of the month from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, so the next bazaar will be on Friday, January 23. The monthly bazaar will also take place on February 27, March 27, April 24, and May 22.
