A new multi-family housing project will be developed by Aventon Cos. in New Port Richey.
To be called “Aventon Little Multifamily,” the Decubellis Road project will have three buildings, each nine stories tall, with a total of 270 apartment units. The community will be in a garden style and centered around a manmade pond. The project will take place across three phases.
The apartments will have studios and units with one, two, and three bedrooms. There will be numerous amenities on site including a clubhouse and swimming pool, as well as 471 parking spaces. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details on the features and amenities of such projects.
The project is in its beginning stages. Permits have recently been filed by the developer with the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The site, which spans 14 acres, still needs to be developed. Regency Design & Engineering and Innovations Design Group are working along with Aventon Cos. on this project.
